职位描述：
岗位职责
1.严格审核报销单据、发票等原始凭证，按照费用报销的有关规定，办理员工报销和备用金管理工作，做到合法准确、手续完备、单证齐全。
2.负责日常现金、支票、网上银行的收与支出，及时登记现金及银行存款日记账；
3.VAT进项税票认证，协助提供开票资料和信息；
4.每月底盘点库存现金，编制银行存款余额调节表，做到日清月结，账实相符。核对其他办事处的现金、银行帐是否相符；
5.外汇收支做好涉外收入申报， 每年贷款卡年审；
6.熟练运用金蝶财务软件，负责编制收付凭证；
7.核查、管理、装订、保管所有的单证、凭证、购销合同和财务报表；
8. 负责往来款项的对帐并加强欠款的催收工作；
9. 负责银行承兑汇票的收付、核对及登记工作；
10.其他应收和其他应付款的核对工作；
11.统计员工差旅费津贴和加班费，每月完成统计汇总表；
12.完成领导布置的其他工作（直接汇报财务经理）。

任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，金融、财务或会计等相关专业，1～2年工作经验，具有会计从业资格证书。
2.工作严谨、认真，有很强的责任心；为人诚实，原则性强，有较强的敬业精神及执行能力，反应敏锐、思维清晰。
3.熟悉机械行业业务，熟练掌握OFFICE办公自动化软件、财务软件的操作，精通Excel，可做数据透视表。
4.具备良好的沟通能力，善于处理流程性事务，有良好的独立工作能力和财务分析能力。 举报 分享
