如恩设计Neri&Hu丨Library coordinator/材料样品库助理

Job Description:
The library coordinator will support architecture and interior design teams in the day-to-day operations of material library, including
1. Label, catalogue and file manufacturers literature, samples & other product information;
2. Ensure material library is tidy and well organized by using established procedures and systems;
3. Track materials status & keep sign-in/out record;
4. Able to use computer to file and update manufacturers' images and contact details onto the computer system
5. Pro-active in chasing suppliers to keep up-to-date with their products and inform relevant teams about these products
6. Must be willing to keep all teams informed of new product developments and new suppliers as and when necessary and organize suppliers presentations to staff
7. Willing to mount samples and images onto company sample boards under the guidance of the design team for presentations
8. Complete and assist other projects or jobs assigned by supervisor.

Requirements
1. College degree or above;
2. Fluent spoken English and Mandarin is a must;
3. interest of interiors or architectural materials is an advantage
4. Highly organized, Detailed oriented, initiative and follow through;
5. Preferably with experience in an Interior Design Company 举报 分享
