Filed Application Engineer-For Korean customers：
技术支持工程师（针对韩国客户）

Working location: Pudong, Shanghai
工作地点：上海-浦东新区

Duties/Responsibilities:
职责
-Identification of design-in opportunities
确定项目机会
-Leading the complete design-in process from first product presentations until product approvals
领导完成从产品介绍到产品被认可的设计过程
-Supporting running projects with regards to technical issues
支持项目设计过程中的技术问题
-Product training and roadmap updates for sales channels and end customers
为客户及代理商提供产品培训及新产品开始进度的更新Adapting technical documentation (presentations, manuals, application notes) to regional requirements
根据区域要求提供相关技术文档（演示，技术手册，应用指南）
-Specifying regional requirements for new standard products within existing and new markets
明确当地市场的需求以提供新产品开始的依据

Qualification & experience
资质与经验
-Education教育:
Electrical Engineering degree, preferably in Power Electronics
电子工程专业，电力电子尤佳
-Work Experience工作经验:
At least 3 years in Power Electronics RD environment.
至少3年在电力电子研发领域工作的经验
Preferred industry experience in AC, DC motor drives and/or SMPS, UPS,solar inverter.
具有马达驱动,开关电源,UPS,光伏逆变器等方面开发经验者为佳

-Additional Qualifications 其他资质:
Proven strong communication skills in an international environment
对外能有很强的沟通能力
Willingness to travel extensively( mainly to South Koea)
愿意经常出差(主要去韩国）
Highly self motivated and driven
高度的自律性和积极性
Languages 语言:
Chinese as native language
中文流利
Korean good in written and spoken
较好的韩语说写能力
English good in written and spoken
较好的英文说写能力
