Job title: Sales Manager China East - Power Modules



Report to: Regional Sales & Marketing Director-Asia Pacific



Location: Pudong, Shanghai


Description:



The incumbent will have an overall responsibility for developing and managing the sales of assigned accounts and regions in Eastern China.



Principal Responsibilities:



Win significant business opportunities for the company.



Identify and develop suitable business opportunities
Win new customers
Meet budgeted sales goals
Evaluate new application fields for Vincotech products, technologies and capabilities
Convert opportunities into design-in awards
Manage distribution channels, e.g. objective setting, POS reporting, project assignment coordination, design-in support
Provide sales service to key accounts, i.e. request offer prices and generate product offers
Ensure the prospect customer receives professional service at all levels from the Company
Produce forecast and progress reports on a monthly basis to the regional management
Contribute towards the development of global sales strategies
Monitor and feedback competitors' activities to the regional management
Propose and support MARCOM activities
Extensive travel will be required


Requirements:



Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably in Power Electronics
At least 5 to 8 years sales experience in electronics/semiconductor B-t-B industry, preferably in industrial power market - specifically in motor drives, UPS, solar inverters
Must be sales professional with a good track record of achievement
Must have excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Good comprehension of international business administration
Highly self motivated and driven
A proven record of developing business from new accounts
Willingness to travel extensively and with driver license preferred
Proven strong communication skills in an international environment
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
