Job title:

Payable Accountant

Reporting line:

Accouting Manager

Location:

Shanghai

Duties and Responsibilities:

ü Verifies and reimburses employee business expenses;

ü Prepares timely payments to various domestic & overseas suppliers;

ü Maintains the integrity of the information in the BPCS system;

ü Reconciles account balances for all bank accounts in different currencies;

ü Liaises with the SAFE and the banks for any issues arising from foreign exchange;

ü Maintains a Fixed Assets Register;

ü Acts as the point of contact with authorities, e.g. Tax bureau, Statistics Bureau, Finance Bureau, AIC;

ü Prepares cash flow report with actual vs. forecast comparison;

ü Recommends and implements system and procedural improvements;

ü Complete any ad-hoc tasks as requested by management

Job Qualification:

Education:

l Bachelor or college, major economy related

Experience:

l At least 5 years working experience
