职位描述
Responsibilities:
-Cooperate with sales team to develop and create the new business opportunities with strategic customers in China.
- Present new HCC Automotive Active and Passive Safety system concept to OEM customer in China.
- Prepare the Project Summary and coordinating the pre-project screening with China Sales organization.
- Present business opportunities to top management and support top management decision.
- Coordinating in total vehicle level quote packages with cross-functional teams.
- Price negotiation with OEM customer and try to get contract signed with customer.
- Support commercial issues of program management.
- Support the sales team and plant to improve the account management with strategic customers.
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in automotive engineering/mechanical.
-3+ years experience in multinational company, with strong sales experience, preferred in automotive background.
-Background in customer contract negotiations resolving commercial quality delivery issues.
-Familiar with customer quotation processes and be able to develop close relationship with customer to maintain account profitability.
-Proficient mastery of both oral and written English.
-Strong interpersonal communication skills.
-Excellent computer skills i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
-Mature and responsible.
-Willing to work under pressure.
