职位描述：
Responsibilities职责:
1. Implement the APQP in new project phase and set quality target.
进行项目阶段质量工作的规划，质量目标的设定
2 Monitor the product quality performance and take leadership for quality problem solving as well as customer complains / corrective & preventive action developed and implemented for new project
对于新项目监控产品质量表现并领导质量问题解决包括客户抱怨，实施纠正和预防措施
3. Responsible for quality files and records related products maintenance and control for new project
对于新项目负责产品相关质量文件和记录的维护和控制
4. Lead the preparation of quality documents (such as Control Plan, Inspection WI, etc) development and PPAP documents for new project
对于新项目领导质量文件（如控制计划，检验指导书等）的编制和PPAP文件的准备
5. Responsible for validation test and approval by customer for VAVE project.
负责VAVE项目的实验验证和客户批准。
6. Responsible for customer PPAP approval for new projects or change;
负责新项目或变更PPAP的客户批准；
7. Other works assigned by the superior
领导安排的其他工作

Requirements要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in mechanical or automotive engineering, but experienced one can beyond this condition
机械或汽车工程本科以上学历, 实际经验丰富的，资质可另外考虑
2. 5 years plus quality control working experience in automotive components manufacturing enterprises preferred
5年以上汽车零件制造企业工作经验优先
3. Practical knowledge and experience of IATF16949 &VDA6.3 preferred
熟悉IATF16949& VDA6.3优先
4. Gook people skill, project management skills and critical problem solving skills
良好的人际关系，项目管理能力和问题解决能力
5. Good command of oral and written English. Proficient in Project and Powerpoint
