Responsible for managing foreigner translators, assigning projects to them and checking the quality.

Requirement:
1. Native in English, European Spanish, Russian, French, or European Portuguese
2. Accept to work after working hours to accomodate time difference
3. Good at Chinese (This is preferred but not a must)
