Major Responsibilities:



1. Supervise other Junior Engineers in the field of structure;



2. Control & manage drawings, operating manual, technical specifications and other related documents;



3. Manage project planning and cost control;



4. Estimate quantity and material take-off;



5. Understand and interpret drawings of the architectural, structural and utility systems of all structures and other facilities inside and outside of the Storage Plant and Pipeline area;



6. Manage detailing of formworks panel, tie rods and cross-truss bracing, as well as structural and reinforcement works;



7. Monitor and complete reproduction-graphic works related to CSA design;



8. Achieve documents for technical information in accordance with available drafts;



9. Maintain close working relationship with project managers, other discipline engineers and other CSA engineers;



10. Provide drafts proposal and updating the documentations and plans;



11. Monitor routine field work;



12. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.









Capability and Competence



1. Education: Master's Degree in Structural Engineering or other related engineering field;



2. Knowledge (acquired information necessary to do the job)



1) in various CSA related disciplines (Architecture, Structural Design, HVAC, Plumbing ); In-depth knowledge of architectural design, and interior design;



2) of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools;



3) of building design, construction, and maintenance.



4) Level of knowledge required



3. Excellent in time management and communication skills, complemented with good work ethics and a good team spirit;



4. Open-minded, active, creative, self motivated with a good sense of team spirit;



5. Skilled in relevant design software and related tools;



6. Able to work in a multi-cultural environment;



7. Able to communicate effectively using visual, graphic, written and verbal means;



8. Knowledge of foreign languages



9. Able to work for minimum 3-4 days per week.
