Responsibilities:



1. Complete training program regarding assigned products/markets/customers.



2. In conjunction with higher level professionals or managers, develop product literature, technical literature, long and short term strategic product, sales or marketing plans for assigned customers and potential customers.



3. Gather, assimilate, and analyze market and competitive information.



4. Work with production to communicate product requirements for timely supply of product which is consistent with market demand and divisional inventory control objectives.



5. Provide assistance/information to the supply chain organization which could include; forecasting, inventory management, quality information, product availability, etc.



6. Communicate customer requirements and market needs to internal personnel.



7. Participate on customer calls to promote the use of Bayer products.






Requirements:



1. Master degree in business related, Chemical or Engineering background is plus.



2. Strong sense of business and willingness to pioneer Markets as well as an understanding of basic sales and/or marketing principles



3. Excellent problem-solving skills, planning and organizational skills, analytical skills, interpersonal skills, passion as well as willingness to take on initiative
