QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years experience in Hardline products.such as Outdoor products,Grooming tools stain & Odor goods
Bachelor degree,
Fluent in English and Chinese both orally and written
Proven Ability to attract and coach a product development team
Proven ability to think strategically in terms of supply base, staffing,changes in the international scene that effect products,
Knowledge and experience in international trade and sourcing
Proven ability to negotiate and problem solve.
Communication skills,
Able to understand different points of view including the Home Office, supplier,QC and appreciate the difference while working out solutions.
Detail oriented, organized
Self starter, Eagerness to learn, and quick learner.
Team player, willing to pitch in as necessary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure timely follow up on all NPRs,
Attend trade shows and advise Product Manger of finding.
Search the internet for new product ideas,
Bring new products to the attendtion of the Product manager from any source
New Product sourcing,
Developing current suppliers
Developing new suppliers
Ensure timely and accurate execution to ensure that deadlines are met
Ensure smooth working relationship through communication and problem solving both internally within Petedge and externally with suppliers.
Support the Petedge team by help each other, "coaching ", sharing "best practices "
