职责描述 Scope of position / Responsibilities

1.收集并挑选符合公司要求的供应商信息并不断开发新的供应商；

Sourcing and secure qualified vendor needed by company, meanwhile continuously develop new supplies;

2.负责同供应商在产品价格、有效期、交货时间以及售后服务等方面进行协商；

Responsible for negotiating with vendors in terms of price, availability, delivery, payment, after service, etc.;

3.比较供应商的报价以及采购合同，负责合同评审、订单处理及跟踪；

Review vendor quotations and negotiates contracts, prepare and follow up PO;

4.在金碟ERP系统中完成采购流程；

Accomplish purchasing process in ERP system (Kingdee);

5.及时跟踪掌握原材料市场价格行情变化及品质状况，以期提升产品品质及降低采购成本；

Follow up the price and quality of raw materials to improve the quality and down to cost;

6.和各部门密切合作确保采购工作顺利进行；

Coordinate closely with each internal user department to ensure a smooth deployment of purchase activity;

7.和德国总部以及全球分公司采购部沟通协调，开发实现全球采购的目标；

Communicate with HQ and global branches purchasing departments, develop and achieve the goal of global sourcing;

8.总经理财务行政安排的其它任务。

Other task assigned from General Manager Finance and Administration.

资质要求 Requirements

1.本科及以上学历，化学或化工专业；

Bachelor degree or above in Chemistry/Chemical engineering Major;

2.2年以上的相关工作经验；

2 years related working experience;

3.有跨国公司或外资企业从业经验优先考虑；

Multinational/ US based company experience preferred;

4.熟悉化工原材料行业标准；

Be familiar with chemical raw material industry standard;

5.英语口语及书写能力熟练CET-6，掌握office办公软件，有ERP系统经验者优先考虑；

Good English in both written & spoken, CET-6, good command of MS office, preferable to ERP experience.

6.出色的沟通谈判能力，团队精神强，能在压力下工作。品德优良，忠实责任心强。

Great communication abilities and negotiations skills, team work and can work under pressure. Good moral character, honest and loyal, responsible.
