Main Responsibilities of this position:

· Answers incoming calls and forward calls correctly, updating telephone list frequently;

· Deal with all kinds of visitors to the company by providing helpful assistance;

· Send, receive and deliver normal letters, as well as domestic and international courier parcels;

· Reserve hotels and air tickets for colleagues and sometimes our guests;

· Taking care if reception and conference room, keep the public area tidy;

· Assist administration supervisor in daily work;

· Other tasks assigned by office manager.



Requirements:

· College/ university graduate (with experience in performing similar functions with a multinational company more preferred);

· Good characters: pleasant, patient, diligent;

· Good at English, Mandarin Chinese;

· Mature enough to handle daily administration affair in the office
