Major Responsibilities:



. Get familiar with the HR model, the different roles and interfaces



. Supporting daily business (e.g. Recruiting)



. Supporting the Business Partner in the daily business



. Preparation and participation in personal conferences



. Collaboration and support in different processes, e.g.



- Performance Management



- Short Term Incentive / Merit



- Promotion



- Personnel Development (Moderation of meetings, Supporting 360°-Feedback, Wrap-up 360, attendance OC, Development Dialogue)



. Collaboration on Process Design and Roll-out of new Processes in the Center of Expertise



. Work experience in a production site






Capability and Competence:



. Excellent university or polytechnic degree in the area of economics, social science or law with preferably a major in Human Resources



. Previous HR experience desirable, e.g. through internships



. International experience (either through work or study)



. Excellent communication skills



. Commitment and flexibility



. Working independently



. Result orientation
