职位描述：
岗位职责：
? Lead HW development for AVM Platform.
? Define the product design architecture, design concepts to meet the customer specific requirements
? Module circuit and Schematics design follow company design guidelines and best practices;
? Work out the design specification, BOM and related document.
? Be responsible for circuit simulation and Worst Case Calculation.
? Use IQ-RM to complete electronics DFMEA to ensure the robustness of the design.
? Lead EMC design review and Design for Manufactory review.
? Weekly meeting with project team.
? Work closely with the manufacturing site for production support activities.

岗位要求：
? Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics Hardware (or equivalent).
? Minimum 8 years’ experience in Hardware development for automotive applications.
? Minimum 5 years’ experience in AVM product.
? Good team player with outstanding communication skills
? Be familiar with LDVS and MIPI convert.
? Be familiar with SD, DDR3, USB, HDMI, Ethernet circuit design.
? Strong analytical, problem-solving skills;
? Good communication of English language
