职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. Responsible for regularly IMM & Aux-equipment maintenance, assembly line, and fill out relative documents. 对注塑机及相关辅助设备， 自动组装线进行定期的维护保养并认真填写相关文件；
2. Fix or give solution for machine issue happened in mass production in time.及时对生产中出现故障的设备进行抢修或给出解决方案；
3. Responsible for 5S work for all molding machines工作场地进行“5S”工作；
4. Work with leader to order and control spare parts stock.配合主管做好备件的采购及库存控制。
5. Other work assigned by supervisor上级指派的其他工作。
任职要求：
1. Above 5 years working experience in Injection molding manufacture plant as machine maintenance or repairing position.5年以上注塑加工企业设备维护或维修职位的工作经验。
2. Trouble shooting for machine issue 生产中设备故障处理的能力。
3. Above Vocational Schools education background, know some english, especially for machine technical terms中专及以上学历,认识一些英语，特别是设备专业术语；
4. Have enough knowledge about mechanics, hydraulic, electric repairing.有丰富的机械，液压，电气方面的维修知识；
5. Be familiar with injection molding machine, (especially Engel, Haitian), chiller, thermolator, grinder etc.熟悉注塑机（特别是Engel, 海天机），冰水机，模温机，粉碎机等 。
6. High/Low voltage electrical certificates, crane operation certificates etc are preferred. 优先考虑拥有高/低压电工证，行车操作证等有效证件的人员。
7. Knowledge about PLC program is preferred. 懂PLC编程会优先考虑。
