Qualification / 资格:
- 3年及其以上夹具加工和装配方面的经验；
Over 3 years fixture assembly experience.
- 熟悉公司，公司所有客户及行业标准，焊装夹具设备加工，制造，安装工艺；
Familiar with company and customer standard; Familiar with fixture manufacture and assembly process;
- 精通机械、气路安装工艺及质量控制；
Known well of mechanical, pneumatic installation process and Quality control;
- 较强计划能力、执行力、组织协调能力和团队管控能力；
Have a good ability of plan , execution, coordination and team control;
- 良好的学习和接受能力、书写和汇报能力；
Good ability of study and perception; good at write and report;
- 较高的团队意识和良好的沟通能力；
Good team spirit and good communication ability;
- 能够适应加班，高强度的工作压力；
Could adapt to over time and high strength work;
- 使用CAD View, OFFICE, CATIA View, SAP等办公软件
Could use CAD View, CATIA View and SAP;
- 有叉车和C1以上的驾驶执照。
Have Forklift and C1 drive license;
- 3年及其以上夹具加工和装配方面的经验3年以上焊装生产线安装经验
Over 3 years fixture manufacture and assembly or over 3 years welding production line installation experience;

Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责:
- 在项目准备期间支持现场经理制定预安装计划；
Support site manager on installation plan during the project preparation period;
- 支持SQC跟踪控制机加进度，并负责向现场经理汇报；
Support SQC on track and control manufacture schedule, report to site manager;
- 预安装准备阶段，负责清点机加件和外购件到货情况、风险分析及应对措施并向现场经理汇报，供应商对外购件的领用管理---跟踪、调配和发放，并负责对产品说明书等文档的管理---项目结束时统一移交给现场经理；
Pre-installation period, responsible to count machining part and buying part, known the arriving status and make risk analysis then report to site manager; responsible for the use, track, deploy and provide, also need to take care of the specification and other document which need to hand over to site manager when the project finish.
- 预安装过程中，负责对装配进度、质量、物料、安全的监督管理和推动工作，以及对装配进度状态、物料到货状态、风险分析及应对措施，并向现场经理汇报；
During pre-project period, responsible for monitor and push progress, quality, material and safety; Analysis the risk of the assembly status, material arriving status then report to site manager;
- 负责供应商与公司其他部门间的衔接和协调工作；
Responsible for coordinating with supplier and other FFT departments;
- 负责对供应商进行装配标准的培训工作以及标准的执行；
Responsible for assembly standard training and standard execution;
- 装配阶段负责对供应商进行技术支持和协助工作；
In charge of supporting supplier on technical solution in assembly phase;
- 负责对存在危险性施工的施工方案的评定工作；
Evaluate the construction scheme with safety process of work;
- 协助现场经理组织日装配例会；
Support site manager on managing the daily regular meeting;
- 负责施工问题单的更新和管理工作；
Responsible for updating and controlling the check list and LOP;
- 负责对机械、气路、标签等装配工作的预验收并签字；
In charge of pre buy off and sign for the result mechanical\ pneumatic and label work;
- 负责协助打包、运输等工作，并负责对设备安全的检查；
In charge of package, transportation and the inspection of equipment;
- 负责对施工区域公共设施及5S管理、供应商文明施工的监管工作。
Responsible for monitoring the public utilities, 5s controlling and civilized construction of supplier; 举报 分享
