职位描述：
岗位职责：

Make the supply order；and send to suppliers;

制定供应定单，将定单发给供应商；

-Get the production plan from planer; make sure suppliers can delivery or not;

-从计划员处得到生产计划，确认供应商能否完成计划；

-Make the decision can catch production plan or not, If not report to manager with proposal.

-对是否能完成生产计划做出决定，如果不能完成，带着建议向上级汇报

- Make the suppliers delivery schedule;

- 制定供应商供货计划（定单）

- Send the order by fax weekly and put the order in system;

- 每周用传真向供应商发定单，并将定单输入系统；

Monitor supplier delivery ;

监控供应商供货情况

-Check suppliers delivery is catch order or not everyday;

-每天检查供应商是否能完成定单

- Control suppliers delivery according the order, no more , no less, and on time;

-根据送货的时间和数量来监控供应商，不能多、不能少，供货及时；

-If happened something impact delivery; make the reaction plan or report to purchase buyer

-如果发生供应商不能适时供货，采取反应措施，或者通报给采购员；

Make the critical supplier in MPSand SIOP meeting ;

将有问题的供应商提交给MPS和SIOP会议；

-If supplier can not delivery for capacity reason , put them in MPS and SIOP meeting ;

-如果供应商因生产能力问题不能按要求供货，提交MPS和SIOP会议。

- Should take the data of Critical supplier and with the action plan or proposals;

-提交会议的供应商要有数据、分析意见和行动计划；

-the data of criticl supplier and action plan should work with purchase buyer ;

-有问题的供应商和行动计划要与采购员一起确定；

Statistics supplier delivery rate ；

统计供应商适时供货率

-Make the standard of statistics supplier delivery rate ；

-制定统计供应商适时供货率的标准

-If supplier can not delivery on time , should imform the supplier ,ask them make improvement action plan ;

-如果供应商不能适时供货，必须同志供应商，并要求供应商制定改进计划；

Analysis inventory and make the action plan for reduction inventory；

对库存进行分析，制定行动计划降低库存

-Make the local components safety inventory standard.(include platform)

-制定零件安全库存（包括外库）

- Monitor and control safety inventory changing; take the reaction plan for them change：

-监控安全库存的变化，并采取相应措施应对变化；

-Analysis inventory


-对库存情况进行分析，

-Make the imporvement action plan .

-制定改进的行动计划。

任职要求：

College education or above

大专以上文化程度

Familiar production flow，purchase flow

熟悉生产流程和采购流程

Familiar ERP system，order management

熟悉ERP系统和定单管理

Good English skills in writing, listening and speaking
