职位描述：
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer science, natural science or a related discipline or equivalent work experience
 
Required skills
1.Fundamental (expert) knowledge in SAP Basis operations
2.Familar with SAP products (ERP/CRM/BW and so on)
3.Familiar with Database troubleshooting (HANA/Oracle knowledge preferred)
4.High customer & service orientation
5.Strong analytical and problem solving skills
6.Ability to prioritize work and activities
7.Ability to multi-task and work along tight schedules with pressure on time and performance
8.Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure
9.Excellent English written and oral communication skills
 
Preferred skills
1.Knowledge in ITIL methodology
2.Knowledge in Security, Network, Mobility
3.Experience in a customer facing or support role
4.Ability to create excellent documentation
 
WORK EXPERIENCE
3 or more years of IT experience with a solid experience in SAP System provisioning and operations or comparable experience working for a Cloud Service Provider. 举报 分享
