Responsibilities and Tasks
? Support Manager in order follow-up and shipment control
? Cooperation with team, Purchasing department and Tech. department to ensure lead-time delivery
? Keep good communication with factories for the order track
? Good communication with customers and headquarter in Germany
? Order information maintenance in Navision system for timely monitor
? Other tasks assigned by manager

Required Qualification:
? Bachelor degree
? Excellent with Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Outlook / Power Point), knowledge in Navision system would be a plus.
? Good verbal and written communication skills in English
? At least 3 years’ experience working in import/export, purchasing or project field
? Be careful, honest, patient, self-motivated, independent, performance driven, initiative, work under pressure
? “Hands-On” mentality in order to do follow up controlling tasks
? Team work spirit and ability to work with limited supervision
