职位描述：
1、作为销售团队的一员，与销售部一起负责指定的客户/销售区域的工作，如调研，预测及其他相关要求
2、高效率准确地在ERP系统中处理日常订单处理流程，跟踪询价机会，客户报价，订单传递
3、为客户提供服务，减少投诉。与内部跨职能团队紧密合作，在需要时获得必要的支持
4、掌控预付款项订单审查及积压的销售订单并识别库存风险
5、质量问题跟踪及RMA流程的跟踪
6、完成一年两次的客户满意度调查
7、按照要求跟进其他相关问题

任职要求：

1. 本科学历，国际贸易或英语专业本科学历，国际贸易或英语专业优先
2、3年以上客户服务、销售、销售支持及国际贸易相关工作经验
3、以客户为导向，具有强烈的责任感和团队合作精神
4、对细节敏感
5、良好的英语技能；读、写、口语能力优秀 举报 分享
