岗位职责Job Description:
-带头处理和联系跟客户有关的所有事项
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
-建立和维护强大的，持久的客户关系
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
-与关键客户、客户利益相关者和执行人建立信任的关系
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders a and executive sponsors
-确保根据客户需求及时、成功地提供解决方案，并向内部和外部利益相关者清楚传达月度/季度的进展
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
-预测和跟踪主要客户指标
Forecast and track key account metrics
-在领域内认清和发展机会，与销售团队合作确保增长
Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
-协助跟进高强度的要求或问题升级的需要
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
-保持有竞争力的知识和关注点
Maintain competitive knowledge & focus
-对增加客户满意度和增加保留和客户增长结果的管理
Account management with outcome of increased customer satisfaction and increase in retention & account growth
-管理月度/季度/年度预测的准确性
Manage forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis 举报 分享
