资格：
1、全日制本科及以上，没有固定的专业要求，金融知识优先
2、工作细致认真，稳定和积极的
3、熟练使用Excel和Access数据库等办公软件
4、至少3年相关工作经验，有外商独资公司或猎头经验优先。
5、形象好，有良好的沟通能力

Job Title: HR Specialist
Direct supervisor: HR & Administration Director

Job Description:
1. In charge of daily HR function works such as recruitement arrangement, C&B calculations and labor relationship
2. Refer to company standard working procedure to finis JD, screen, tele-communication, interview arrangement, prepare the interview report and issue the offer letter
3. Sourcing, maintain and manage the recruitement channels
4. Refer to company's headcounts planning, sourcing & recruiting the middle & senior level talents

Qualification:
1. Full-time Colleage degree and above, no fixed major required, with financial knowledge is preference
2. Working carefully, stable and proactive
3. Fluently use Office softwares such as Excel and Access database
4. At least 3 years related working experience and have the experience in foreign-owned company or as the headhunting is preference.
