职位描述：
Responsibilities:
?Ensure inventory valuation and product costing processes in place
?Drive system improvement for data accuracy and timeliness
?Streamline the close process
? Partner with Operations team to continuously improve margins
?Estimate product cost for management decision
Tasks:
?Perform month-end inventory close processes and provide insightful analysis of cost of goods sold
?Work with operation teams to estimate product costs and evaluate impact of cost reduction strategies
? Prepare financial reports and analysis in support of management reporting, budget/variance tracking, financial reporting, tax and annual audit.
?Partner with Operations team to ensure their processes and procedures support good inventory control and accurate costing. Provide analytical support for business decisions.
?Collaborate on departmental and cross-functional teams to complete system implementations, process improvements, automation and streamlining efforts.
?Participate in worldwide sharing of best practices; including developing/documenting cost accounting policy and internal controls.
?Manage transfer price from China side
Requirements:
?Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
?Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry with exposure to costing.
?a self-starter with initiative and solid time management skills
?Strong working knowledge of cost accounting and analysis.
?good understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and ability to apply the principles
?Ability to analyze complex issues and present summarized information to management
?High standards for quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
?Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
?Power user of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Ability to work with large volumes of data. Microsoft Dynamics AX experience and utilization of data query tools is an advantage.
