职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责协助总工程师就项目改造的专业方案进行策划，审核，并制作相关预算；
2、参与项目施工现场机电专业图纸会审和设计交底，并组织实施，把控施工质量；
3、管理顾问单位、设计单位、监理及施工单位的工作，解决施工过程中专业技术问题；
4、管理及巡视施工现场，就机电工地物料检查、现场安装、系统测试及验收情况进行审核
5、参与项目竣工验收和物业移交工作；
6、配合物业公司解决工程保修中出现的专业内疑难问题；
7、完成上级交办的其它工作任务。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，房地产、工业与民用建筑、电气等专业为优；
2、五年以上大型建筑企业或房地产行业工程项目管理工作经验；
3、熟悉强弱电工程项目的设计、施工管理的工作流程和规范；
4、具备扎实的强弱电专业知识；
5、熟悉房地产项目施工流程及工程验收标准；
6、较好的组织协调能力、执行能力、项目管理能力、人际协调能力及突发事件处理能力；

In 2013, we successfully launched our maiden US dollar fund and the fund targets up to US$200 ~ 300 million.

KaiLong has invested in 24 real estate projects with a total investment of over Rmb 8.4 billion, 12 of these projects were exited and generated very good risk-adjusted returns.
