职位描述：
1、有3年以上移民行业的业务及管理经验，28周岁以上；
2、全日制本科或以上毕业；熟悉外国移民项目的各项事务；
3、了解市场营销和市场推广；
4、有多年海外留学工作生活经验优先；有本地高端客户资源者优先；
5、有高端渠道合作经验者、金融行业从业经验者优先；能代表公司形象对接公司各合作渠道方；
6、耐心，细致，表达流利，说服力强，承压能力强，能适当出差。
7、负责公司移民业务的整体规划与管理；
8、移民市场分析和营销方案的制定；
9、制定并实施业务推广方案，扩大公司行业影响力；
10、培训、建设和管理业务团队，推动业务标准化、规范化、科学化、持续化运营；
11、完成公司销售目标；
12、开发和维护所在区域销售渠道、扩大客户资源；
13、人品正直。

工作职责：
1、管理团队工作（咨询、市场、文案等各部门）有序有效进行；
2、带领业务团队，完成业绩目标。团队考核与提升；
3、开发新的业务渠道，增加业务机会；
4、维护现有市场渠道，协调各渠道的合作关系；
5、制定市场开发计划，管理市场推广；
6、参与业务开发和咨询。

Minimum Qualifications：
1、3-year and plus proven work experience in immigration services and management, aged 28+;
2、BS/BA degree or higher; familiar with overseas immigration programs;
3、Good knowledge of marketing;
4、Experience of studying or living abroad preferred; Candidates with local high-end customer resources preferred;
5、Applicants experienced in working with high-end channels and finance industry preferred; able to contact various allied channels on behalf of the company;
6、Patience, communication skills, able to work under pressure and go on business trips from time to time;
7、In charge of the overall planning and management of the company’s immigration services and programs;
8、Analysis of immigration markets and generation of marketing plans;
9、Work out and carry out marketing plans and increase the company’s industry influence;
10、Build up, manage and provide training programs for the sales team to facilitate a standard, efficient and sustainable operation;
11、Achieve agreed upon sales targets;
12、Develop and maintain sales channels and customer resources;
13、Integrity and honesty.
 
Essential Duties :
1、Lead other departments to perform in a organized manner;
2、Head the sales team to achieve sales targets. Team assessment and improvement;
3、Develop new business channels and opportunities;
4、Maintain existing market channels and coordinate sales effort with different channels;
5、Create market development plans and manage market promotion;
