职位描述：
Competences Required
1. 5 year engineering (or equivalent) bachelor degree required;
2. 3 year minimum experience in supervision of employees;
3. It’s preferred to have work experience in wind industry;
4. Self-directed goal-oriented individual possessing excellent communication and work ethic
5. Must be able to speak and write proficient English;
6. Good understanding and ability to perform tasks and create documents using Microsoft/ Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
7. Familiar with ISO 9000:2015 and have existing network of metal parts supplier is desired.
8. Previous work in Local and Global Category Management Organization Structure
Responsibilities
- Identify critical components and define sourcing strategy accordingly
- Supply chain management and optimization
- Cooperate with QA for supplier audit and performance review
- Continuous improvement of cost, delivery times, quality, on time deliver and payment terms
- Daily work management for sourcing team. Process optimization, subordinate coaching and development
- Monthly reporting on the set SCM KPI´s
- Coordinate sourcing strategy globally with other BU’s to find best suppliers for each product internationally
- Analyse the global purchases of standard components to achieve lowest price and the best contract terms for the group
- Monitor commodity markets that impact spend and hedge against price increases by ensuring favourable long term agreements with suppliers
- Fulfill the task assigned by top management within the matrix organization. Support other BU´s with sourcing activities
- Lead and/or partner with various BU’s on strategic initiatives to include purchasing and logistic agreements with vendors internationally
- Establish performance targets with top management, and then measure and track costs savings/increases to performance targets 举报 分享

Avanti Wind Systems Manufacturing (Shanghai) Co. Ltd was established in 2006. Avanti China now has two factory in Shanghai and Tianjin with about 100 employees.

All machining of components are outsourced to sub-suppliers as our main focus is quality control and assembly of final products.
