JD of Corporate Sales Manager
Market Segmentation
Identify market opportunities to develop and grow a strong sales pipeline which will ensure monthly/ annual targets are met
Business Development
Extended HK’s current client base/ relationship to Shanghai/China market
Develop local client base/relationship in Shanghai/China
Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients and ensure the opportunity is maximized to the full potential
Client Database
Develop and maintain a database of business contacts
CRM
Customer Relationship Management - maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers
High Service Level
Sales follow up to ensure service level requirements and deliver quality services to our customers
Routine Operations
To achieve personal and department goals & objectives as well as sales target
Maintain a smooth flow of day-to-day operations of Sales department
Preparing or assisting in preparing rental contracts and control AR
Ensure data entries meet the set timeline
Ensure timely response to all enquiries of assigned business
Regular update either verbal or written report to management of sales forecast, situation analysis and business opportunity etc.
Prepare sales map on weekly basis
Identify and develop ways of improving process, costs and communications more effectively and efficient
Follow up long overdue payment of rental and project clients
Key Performance Indicators
o Achieve monthly/annual sales targets
o Fulfill internal/external customer requirement
o Satisfaction customer services
o Minimize losses and maximize sales
o Achieve key performance targets
Core competencies
o Able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
o Able to communicate (spoken and written) in English and Mandarin.
o Must be organized, customer-oriented, punctual, polite, honest and strong sense of responsibility.
o Must have an outgoing personality with a passion for sales and must enjoy engaging with our customers.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 10 to 7, depends on business need, includes 1 hour lunch time
Salary scheme
Basic salary + Sales commission
