职位描述：
1、协助售后服务顾问负责按公司规范流程，引导、受理客户预约，负责维修车辆客户的接待工作，及时解答顾客的咨询；
2、协助售后服务顾问负责日常维修客户的接待、售后维修咨询；
3、协助售后服务顾问定期跟踪、回访售后维修客户；
4、协助售后服务顾问负责各类工单开具、合理派工、领料、结算；
5、协助售后服务顾问负责每天、每周、每月报表制作提交；
6、协助售后服务顾问负责事故车定损及相关理赔事宜；
7、协助售后服务顾问负责售后保修申请；
8、协助售后服务顾问负责各类订货申请；
9、遵守集团、公司规定的所有规章制度；
10、定期向领导汇报工作进度，并完成领导安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，1年以上相关行业工作经验；
2、英语四级以上，能独立完成英语听说写，喜欢摩托车；
3、了解一些摩托车车型知识；
4、具有服务意识，做到客户服务优先，工作积极主动；
5、具有良好的沟通和处理问题能力，能与客户进行友好交流；
6、性格开朗，有良好的团队合作精神，能经受得起较大的工作压力和学习压力；
