职位描述：
物流专员需要支持客户订单录入，协调物流相关事宜以及库存追踪。并和第三方物流公司紧密合作管理日常发货以及配送，为客户提供优质的物流服务
关键绩效
1. 协助外包物流公司办理清关以及运输货物入仓
2. 维护金蝶系统的客户以及产品数据。每周销售库存数据更新以及分享给相关部门
3. 每日库存数据的监控以及第三方库存的管理
4. 高效准确地处理每日客户订单
5. 遵从法律法规要求，维护公司在“”进口食品进出口商备案系统“上销售数据的更新

The logistic support will be assisting in taking customer order, coordinate logistic matters and monitor inventory. This role will work closely together with our external 3rd partner for logistic services

Key Result Areas
1. Support the logistic Partner with customs clearance and transfer of goods to local warehouse
2. Maintain master data (customer and product) in ERP system. Extract weekly sales reports from system and share to other functions
3. Monitor inventory levels daily and coordinate with 3rd party stock tracking
4. Timely and flawless sales order input in ERP system to support customers’ order

Lotus Bakeries China is is part of the Area Asia - Offices. The organization plays a very important role of adapting to the commercial specificities of the market and the culture of the country. It is crucially important that the commercial policy reflects its own particular market.

In 2014 Lotus Bakeries established their office located in Shanghai and took over the business from Goodwell China Marketing Services. Lotus Bakeries China is responsible for the import, warehousing, distribution, sales and marketing in China. In the last couple of years the company has established sustainable growth in China.

Lotus Biscoff is sold throughout China. You will find the product in over 90 major cities in 30 different provinces at all main (international oriented) supermarkets like Carrefour, Auchan, Metro, Walmart, Fresh Market, Olé, Tesco, Citishop, etc. An important part of the sales also goes via internet websites such as Taobao, Tmall, 360 Buy, Amazon, etc.
The out of home channel offers an interesting opportunity for further development of sales and brand building based on the “every coffee needs a lotus” concept. This concept has proven to be successful in all international markets Lotus is in.
