职位描述：
岗位职责
1、依据招聘计划，通过与用人部门的有效沟通，充分理解岗位需求，实施简历甄选、面试及测评等一系列招聘工作，分析整理面试结果，以及录用流程的跟进和协调
2、建立和维护有效的招聘渠道（包括：猎头、校园招聘、社会招聘、现场招聘会等），分析各招聘渠道的有效性，以降低招聘成本、提高招聘效率
3、总结招聘工作中存在的问题，提出优化招聘制度和流程的合理化建议
4、上级安排的其他事务
任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源及相关专业优先
2、三年以上猎头或企业内部人员招聘工作经验，有IT技术型岗位招聘经验者优先
3、熟练使用各种工具、途径，迅速找到人才线索，熟悉人员测评的各种方法及各种面试技巧
4、良好的英语水平，外企工作经验者优先
5、较好的沟通能力，团队合作能力，积极主动，抗压能力 举报 分享
