职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Acting as contact window with dep. Store finance dep. to ensure all SIS monthly finacial statement matching with retail transaction within the request time
*Responsible for dep. Store AR management and tracking.
*Monitoring retail voucher sales is correctly registered and booked by retail sales, avoid possible finacial lost
*Daily tracking on shop sales detail and weekly consolidation
*Assist ROM to provide weekly and monthly analysis report
*After sale support for retail shop and handling claim from consumers
*Collect Monthly sales detail, verify by shop with Cluster Rom, and assist finance confirming all detail
*Retail contact window with IT department, assist ROM to maintain and trouble shoot when error occurred in Bourgen system, support monthly retail stock count, and the application of SAP/Bourgen account for new stores.
*Supporting ROM on new shop opening support and ESEE analysis preparation

REQUIREMENTS
Education
*Degree with Business Administration or related discipline;
Experience
*Experience in fashion retail industry and exposure with international brand;
*High efficiency in computer applications and database management;
*Strong in interpersonal and communication skills
*Knowledge of how dep. Store do financial closing and how campaign commission is summarized in different dep. store
Language
*Good command of English and Chinese
