R&R:
- Responsible for supervising monthly closing schedule and progress to ensure the accurate and timely submission for China region;
- Review manual journal entries and report monthly accounting data in HFM. Responsible for China GAAP / K- IFRS accounting report preparation;
- Review monthly account reconciliation, financial fluctuation analysis, Briefing Book and other accounting report requested by management;
- Ensure all accounting transactions are in compliance with HQ consolidation manual as well as PRC accounting regulations;
- Support SAP system renew and support new system function set up;
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors;
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, recommend appropriate solutions, and support implementation of improvements.

Skills & Experience:
- More than 10 years working experience in accounting function, working experience in MNC is preferred;
- Strong oral and written English skills;
- Familiar with PRC/IFRS accounting standards. CPA or equivalent Accounting Certification is preferred;
- Familiar with SAP system finance/controlling module and Microsoft office;
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of business strategic Objectives & Goals, with disciplined month-end Closing & Reporting experience;
- Strong organization skills and interpersonal skills and good ability to do effectively communicate with cross-functional organization in a confident manner;
- Process improvement experience is preferred;
- Strong team player with a positive attitude;
- High level of initiative, commitment to excellence, ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 举报 分享
