RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Oversee and support the periodical development of budgeting, forecasting, and operating plans as well as ongoing variance analysis for specific product groups
2. Analyze historic records and current trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures, etc.
3. Analyze complex financial information and reports on various Joint Ventures in China to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to leadership for decision making purposes
4. Develop financial models, review new business quotes and analyze gate financials to support strategic initiatives
5. Work with global team to manage and support all phases of the expense financial planning process including consolidations
6. Create monthly reports and P/Ls and provide variance analysis to ensure that expenses are duly approved and respective budgets are well managed in accordance with the policy or guideline.
7. Work on ad-hoc reporting and analysis

REQUIREMENTS
1. The ideal candidate will have the following experience, qualifications and skills:
2. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or graduate degree is preferred.
3. At least 3-5 years of financial experience: as a hands-on practitioner in accounting, financial planning and analysis, or project costing for a listed company overseas or a foreign invested company. But accounting experience would be highly preferred.
4. Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English, including the ability to work on often complex financial, process and manufacturing issues into compelling and audience-tailored communications.
5. Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and deliver outstanding work product given tight deadlines.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy is required and superior skills with Microsoft Office applications.
7. Able to think creatively, and highly-driven and self-motivated. 举报 分享
