职位描述：
KEY TASKS
? Manage projects from design concept to construction completion
? Understand design to ensure its implementation
? Take part and conduct meetings presentations with clients
? Communicate with clients and understand their needs and expectations
? Follow the construction, coordinate with general contractor as well as other suppliers
? Source and Identify the appropriate suppliers for each project
? Ensure that deliverables and plans meet construction standards
? Manage team to match projects’ timeline

REQUIREMENT
? Strong knowledge in construction process and materials
? Excellent skills with CAD
? Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
? Good written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
? Minimum 5 years similar working experience as an project manager
? A portfolio provingproject managementhistory
? Result- oriented and good team-player

? 良好的中英文口语及书面表达能力
? 至少有5年类似的项目管理经验
? 具有室内设计及设计管理相关学历为佳
? 以结果为导向，且有团协作精神
