职位描述：
1 负责杜卡迪品牌管理部及其下属经销店的售后日常经营管理并进行指导、监督、检查；
2 负责杜卡迪品牌管理部下属经销店的售后保修申请管理并进行指导、监督、检查；
3 负责杜卡迪品牌管理部下属经销店的零配件订货管理并进行指导、监督、检查；
4 负责杜卡迪品牌管理部下属经销店与厂家售后方面的沟通；
5 向杜卡迪品牌管理部下属经销店售后提供技术支持；
6 向杜卡迪品牌管理部下属经销店售后提供新产品培训；
7 协助杜卡迪品牌管理部下属经销店DRE及其他市场活动支持；
8 遵守集团、公司规定的所有规章制度；
9 按管理公司要求，定期递交相关售后方面的报表；
10 及时与管理公司沟通，定期汇报公司的相关售后工作；
11 定期向领导汇报工作进度，并完成领导安排的其他工作。
任职条件
1 本科以上学历，3年以上售后服务相关管理经验；
2 熟悉摩托车维修及售后服务相关运作流程；
3 应变能力强，能承受较强的工作压力；
4 有耐心和工作责任心，具有一定的组织和沟通能力；
5 英语精通，电脑操作熟悉，热爱摩托车行业。 举报 分享
