职位描述：
1 负责管理售后服务部的日常工作，对部门员工的工作进行监督及考评；
2 负责日常维修客户的接待、售后维修咨询、售后资料、档案等管理工作；
3 处理、解决售后服务中的客户纠纷，对重大突发事件及时上报总经理并协助处理；
4 负责摩托车的维修工作（包括大事故车的维修、日常维修中遇到的疑难杂症等）；
5 负责厂家的相关培训工作，提高员工的专业知识及工作技能；
6 制定、执行、监督售后部门的相关政策及流程；
7 负责售后工具、维修车间的整洁、管理工作；
8 定期跟踪、回访售后维修客户，提高客户满意度；
9 负责协调与其他各部门之间的工作与关系；
10 按照集团、品牌管理部的要求，负责杜卡迪标准服务流程在杜卡迪北京的执行、监督及管理；
11 及时与品牌管理部沟通，定期汇报公司的相关售后方面的工作，做好相关工作的上传下达；
12 遵守集团、公司规定的所有规章制度；
13 定期向领导汇报工作进度，并完成领导安排的其他工作。
任职条件
1 高中或中专以上学历，5年以上维修大贸大排量摩托车维修经验；
2 有较强的语言表达能力、沟通，协调能力及解决突发问题能力；
3 有较强的执行能力及团队管理能力，有强烈的服务意识和责任心，能够承受工作压力，有摩托车驾驶证；
