职位描述：
Senior Counselor

1、管理并带领申请团队的工作；
2、对学员的海外留学申请质量进行把关；
3、协助设立工作标准及服务流程,并组织团队执行工作标准及服务流程；
4、管控申请进度和质量；
5、确保与学生、家长及团队的有效沟通，获取最优的申请方案结果。

任职条件：
1、有海外留学背景或海外工作者优先；
2、至少3年以上的美高或美本申请工作经验；
3、英文功底深厚，沟通能力强；
4、具备强烈的服务意识，工作认真细心、责任心强、为人正直、敢于坚持原则。

Shangxin Education is seeking creative people with a desire to work in international education
to join our team as Education Counselors. In addition to guiding students through the US
College/High School application process, mentoring students and working out customized
application strategies, we tackle a variety of projects from market research to academic
analyses, in a fast-growing and competitive industry.
Job Description:
As an Senior Counselor, your responsibilities will include:
? Based on students' profile, making long and short term application schedule and activity planning
? Meeting with students to brainstorm essay topics and outlines
? Individually mentoring students for academic and personal developments
? Writing articles for Shangxin's periodic subscription on topics related to the college experience
? Additional opportunities include preparing social and academic courses and workshops for students based on your academic and/or personal interests

Job Requirements:
? A positive attitude and a willingness to empathize with students of all levels
? 3 years counseling experience in US College/ High school application field
? M.A. or M.S. from an accredited US university or college is preferred
? Strong oral and writing skills to communicate clearly, persuasively, and effectively
? A flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to unexpected changes
? Conflict resolution skills and the ability to give and receive constructive criticism
