1、 完成每月中心指定的课时，完成内外客户满意度
Complete designed classes including standard classes and topic classes, and achieve both internal and external customer satisfaction
 
2、 参与和支援相关销售和市场活动
Support and participate related sales and marketing activities
 
3、 对儿童的英语学习及语言发展和进步给予专业咨询意见，并定期反馈
Raise professional advice and feedback to students’ English learning progress
 
4、 制作准备教具，按照流程定期提出教具采购要求
Make and prepare for the props. Raise the props material purchasing according to the center procedure
 
5、 定期参加培训、交流，提高教学水平
Participate training, workshop, and communication meeting frequently to improve teaching performance
 
6、 教学流程、教具创新，让学员达到更高效的英语学习和更精彩丰富的学习体验
