Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Adapt from corporate guidelines to develop region specific strategies to promote core product lines in China.
2. Design regional marketing campaigns and promotions to generate high quality leads to expand the customer base.
3. Provide market intelligence by conducting analyses on customer base, competitors, market share, and market trend.
4. Develop and manage tactics on search engine optimization (SEO) and pay per click (PPC) search engine marketing keywords.
5. Monitor and track digital content marketing activities to increase effectiveness of overall campaign performance.
6. Execute STEMCELL China’s social media strategy by maintaining social media platforms such as WeChat.
7. Working with online team in headquarter to develop and maintain the Chinese website.
8. Identify and utilize third party platforms to promote the STEMCELL brand.
9. Support sales team by translating English marketing collaterals, generating promotional items, and assisting conferences and seminars.

Qualifications:

1. A graduate degree in the biological sciences is mandatory.
2. At least 2 years’ marketing related work experience is a must and experience working in a marketing role in a life sciences company is preferred.
3. Strong presentation and writing skills.
4. Fluent in English with written and verbal communication skills.
5. Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented with sound analytical skills.
