职位描述：
The Associate Scientist/Scientist scientist of bioassays involves the development, optimization and execution of biochemical and cellular assays with binding, protein interaction, cell proliferation/apoptosis/differentiation, etc. The responsibilities of this person include:
? ？Complete assigned development tasks in the areas described above in a tight time line;
? ？Good notebook writing and SOPs drafting;
? ？Daily maintenance of analytical instruments and calibration/validation;
? ？Interact with other groups and departments and work collaboratively;
? ？Write technical reports and make presentations inside company and outside;
? ？Prepare technical registration documents for regulatory submission.

Requirements:
? M.S. or PHD in biology or other relevant fields with 1-3 years of relevant experience;
? A biologist with proficiency in various biological assay technologies, e.g., ELISA, FACS, WESTREN-BLOT, ADCC/CDC, cell culture, etc.;
? Demonstrated capability of developing assays independently.
? Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese;
