Bouygues Construction Purchasing, the Purchasing Organization of Bouygues Construction, counts more than 380 Purchasers based in France and abroad. Its fully owned Purchasing Office in Shanghai has been established for more than 8 years and covers the Asia-Pacific supplier market for purchasing of a broad range of products, destined to our working sites all over the world.

Our Purchasing Office is seeking 1 staff to join our Mechanical & Electrical Purchasing Team.

MISSION:

As part of the Mechanical & Electrical Cell you work especially for the procurement of Renewable Energy products in China and other Asian countries for our construction sites worldwide

Key responsibilities are:
？ Source, audit, and qualify potential suppliers
？ Management of your supplier panel
？ Handling RFQ’s: analyzing the need of the construction site in close collaboration with the project leaders on site, dispatching the RFQ, analyzing the offers, negotiation commercial terms and contract.
？ Follow-up of PO’s: control of delivery schedule to meet deadlines, quality inspection, follow logistics with the dedicated department.

COMPETENCES:

？ Able to understand and interpret technical documents and drawings.
？ Ability to learn new products.
？ Able to work under pressure.
？ Organized and detail-oriented.
？ Diligent and flexible to working time.

REQUIREMENTS:

？ Good communication skills in both writing and speaking in English is a must.
？ Knowledge of French is a very important plus.
？ University graduation, major in engineering, construction, business, international trade or related discipline.
？ Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical products is a plus.
？ Good computer skills in MS Office.
？ 2-5 years working experience required.
？ Available as soon as possible.
