Project Support
IKEA Indirect Material & Services Asia Pacific
 
We are now looking for you who want to be a part of the IKEA expansion as our new Project Support. You will be an expert regarding the IKEA IMS Categories of Equipment and Material Handling and Storage and holds a general knowledge across the entire IKEA IMS Range.

The IKEA IMS Project Support co-worker works as part of a dynamic global team supporting projects driven by IKEA business units who have needs and orders related to the IKEA IMS Range.
 
As a project support your main responsibility will be to coordinate projects (support store equipment to new stores, projects and remodels). You will also be the main contact, give advice for the best and most cost efficient solution and build professional relations and trustful communication to users and other stakeholders.
 
Is this the right challenge for you?
We believe that you have:
? Good knowledge about the store build up process and deep knowledge of Store Equipment products and services, good understanding of the full IKEA IMS Range and the IKEA IMS Business
? Knowledge of Project Management and Requirement Documentation Methods
? Good knowledge of the IKEA IMS Convert Users to Happy Receivers Process and related Solutions (eg. Case Management, Order Fulfillment and Call Center Solutions)
? Good understanding of the IKEA IMS Mission, Business Plan and Service Center Action Plan.
? Experience from IKEA Retail and if you have skills from/within the Retail Logistic area it is an advantage.

You need to have the capability to handle complex details as well as seeing the “big picture”. You like to establish trustful and professional relations. You are a strong administrator, work in an organized and structured way and are used to work with Excel and Power point.
