? Division: Social Media Team
? Report to: Business Development Director

Overview of job:
Social BD Manager will specialize into strategy on wechat and weibo, copywriting, campaigns and social CRM. Devoted at improving the social presence of our clients with more reach and engagement in order to improve brand awareness and deliver business results.

Responsibilities of the Role:
Strategy and Planning
? Create strategic, insights-driven digital/social media marketing plans.
? Participate in proposal creation and presentations with Business Development team.
? Manage Social Media projects to create and grow Online Communities around brands.
? Work with Strategic Planner in conceptualizing and creating innovative ideas on existing/owned projects, as well new business initiatives.

Project Management
? Define the best team to work on each project based on the skills of team members and requirements of the customer
? Plan the weekly and monthly job of team to ensure to meet our timelines
? Ensure that the team deliver the best quality
? Ensure deadline are reached for all tasks
? Meet and excess the targets expressed by our customers
? Pro-actively identify way to improve the results of our customers
? Enhance creative thinking of the team to deliver creative campaigns and HTML5 for our customers, working closely with our designers

Customer relationship
? Ensure a perfect communication during all phases of project
? Pro-actively advise customers about campaigns and strategy
? Present monthly reporting to the customers

Required skills and competencies:
? 4 years of experience or more in the same position
? Perfect knowledge of WeChat and Weibo
? Creative mindset able to create campaigns and lead copywriting
? Experience about KOL management
? Perfect communication skills
? Experience validated in management
? Working proficiency in English
