职位描述：
This HRBP Jr. position works within Comau China HR team, as a business partner to support HRBP/ HRBP Senior position provide a broad range of human resource service to the business client groups. The work includes but is not limited to:
 
- Work with the business HRBP and country HR team to drive and deploy programs and processes
- Work with business HRBP to help business toward to the success with providing strategic solutions on Organizational health initiatives plan and implementation.
- Work with business HRBP to drive and support the client managers on People Management, Performance and Leadership Management, Talent Retention& Development , Employee Engagement, Hiring plan, Organization and Employee Relations matters, etc.
- Implementation of Talent Acquisition, Training, C&B, Leadership development, internal communication daily activities timely and efficiently in conjunction with HR functional teams.
- Support HRBP to do data collection, for Workforce planning and Census Management, in order to ensure the optimal resources and staffing process
- Keep the close communication and interaction with the staff within business units by diverse communication channels, to ensure the well internal information transmission.
- Other project work as assigned

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree above, Human Resource or Engineering major is preferred
- With 2-3 years of HR generalist or talent acquisition experience with proved good performance
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to evaluate, analyze and resolve complex problems with fast actions
- Result oriented, passionate, proactive, willing to learn and drive
- Good written/oral communication & presentation skills both in Chinese and English 举报 分享
