职位描述：
一、岗位职责：
1、依据公司战略目标，负责融资业务及方案的设计；
2、根据公司发展及项目需要，开拓融资渠道，寻找融资资本，全面规划融资项目；
3、建立与金融机构、投资机构、中介机构、合作伙伴等良好的沟通关系；
4、负责进行融资方案的策划，提出融资项目的具体运作方案；
5、负责与目标融资机构例如银行进行商谈，确认融资的具体方案；
6、负责控制和监督融资方案的具体执行情况，在专业领域提出建议和咨询意见；
7、对已完成的融资工作负责进行后续监控、分析、评估、管理；
8、从财务角度预测并评估投融资可能存在的风险，制订应急措施，避免公司的损失；
9、对企业的资金进行合理的调配，监督企业的资金使用情况，提高资金的使用效率；
10、负责金融及政府政策的影响研究及提出具体解决对策。

二、任职要求：
1、财务、投资、金融或其他经济管理类相关专业，本科以上学历；
2、5年以上融资方面经验，有多渠道融资过程经验优先；
3、具有银行、投资、证券、基金、私募等金融行业工作经验者优先，有良好的人际资源；
4、有较强的谈判技能，具备良好的沟通能力，能够承受高强度的工作压力；
5、具有良好的职业操守和个人品德，忠诚地履行职责。 举报 分享
