岗位职责：
1、协助上级制定并落实市场推广计划和方案；
2、寻找对投资理财有需求的有效客户，参与各种活动，提升客户转化率；
3、负责社区、学校及各渠道活动的合作，提升公司品牌知名度、粉丝量和用户二次转化率；
4、与多部门紧密配合，执行相关产品的市场营销活动计划，并做出相应的分析与反馈；
5、商务合作伙伴谈判，活动物料的准备工作、活动款项的统计工作；
6、协助公司完成其他的工作任务。
任职要求：
1、针对2017届毕业生，本科及以上学历；
2、具备一定的金融知识，较强的学习能力，理解能力，分析能力，总结能力；
3、具有良好的沟通能力，较强的语言表达能力、擅长与人打交道；
4、诚实守信，为人谦虚、勤奋努力，具有高度的团队合作精神，熟悉市场活动操作。
