职位描述：
IM&S Buyer (2 years temp)

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES：
-- Support the purchase of Indirect Materials & Services (IM&S) for the sites in China, as well as support the global procurement group. This includes sourcing, pricing, rejections, supplier inventory, supply chain, obsolescence and resolving invoice discrepancies.
-- Negotiate annual and long term contracts.
-- Support the sourcing process by developing intimate knowledge of selected commodity markets through study, analysis, personal contacts with suppliers, and any other sources of market information.
-- Responsible for the sourcing initiatives of assigned procurement categories and timely maintain into PVTT system
-- Provide market conditions, pricing, shortages or technical information to Manager and make recommendations to make sound procurement decisions.
-- Striclty follow up the IM&S policy and processes in each PO and conform to the SAP and SRM system.
-- Maintain existing SRM catalogues and drive the implementation of new SRM catalogues
-- Advise and assist other functions in the evaluation and pricing of alternative materials. Advise on trade practices, pricing, market conditions, delivery terms, and utilization of technical services of vendors.
-- Initiate search for new alternative services, materials or products.
-- Solicit and analyse quotes, negotiate prices and delivery terms and investigate invoice discrepancies.
-- Actively support the global 4 pillar strategy during daily sourcing projects implementation
-- Code of conduct

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS：
-- Bachelor in Engineering is prefered
-- 5-6 years experience in IM&S Procurement
-- Understanding of procurement processes
-- Strong system skills (SAP, Microsoft Office, Google ) MUST
