职位描述：
职责: 负责公司产品运营相关工作。 根据数据提出运营需求，提升网站的用户数、流量与转化率。
　　配合各类线上活动策划及落地，协调相关资源实现运营工作目标。 根据业务需要与用户需求，调整与优化公司网上推广结构。
　　与产品策划协作，优化相关的运营工具与内容管理系统。
　　条件: 良好的策划能力、文案撰写能力、沟通能力团队合作能力与学习能力。 对数据比较敏感，熟悉各类互联网营销方式与技巧。
　　有日化用品互联网网站运营经验者优先。
