身为利瑞的客户经理,你将建立与客户共同成长的关系。你将会学习利瑞一整套的解决方案,了解他们如何满足客户的需求。与客户合作,以我们的工具帮助客户增长业务。你将会为客户提供一整套服务,包括上线过程﹑关系管理及咨询服务。你将会成为亚太地区客户的关键桥梁,跨地区工作,推动收入增长及提高客户满意度。
? 与客户进行分析及商讨策略,通过新的建议﹑解决方案﹑插件﹑续订的满意程度,以增加帐户
? 在短时间内解决问题及客户需求
? 分析问题所在,采取行动以防止客户流失
? 清楚了解客人所需,并与内部职员沟通以达到客户要求
? 透过高质素的客户服务 (定期培训﹑季度业绩检讨等),与客户建立长久的信任关系
? 从业务指导到技术问题,解决客户不同方面的疑难
? 与亚太区客户服务总监合作,制定目标,商讨扩大客户的策略及计划
? 积极主动,与同事及客户合作,在沟通和交易上以客户为中心
要求
? 两年客户服务经验 (客户管理﹑销售﹑支援等)
? 在建立及维持与客户的良好关系方面有丰富经验
? 能操流利英语及地道国语,懂广东话更好
? 在快节奏的工作环境下,能够自我管理,考虑及安排工作的先后次序,注意工作细节
? 精通于客户规划及了解领域管理
? 有销售经验或曾使用其他客户管理系统者优先考虑

ACCOUNT MANAGER
Job Description:
Account Managers serve as a dedicated point-of-contact for our customers, representing the customers internally and ensuring they receive the highest level of service from the entire organization including Product, R&D, Technical Support etc. Role includes:
? Onboarding new accounts,
? Setting up the new solutions with existing customers
? Monitoring clients KPI’s and improvements
? Handling all customer’s business needs
? Presenting updates on new features
? Providing in depth knowledge of our products best usage
? Customers retention
Job Requirements:
? Costumer facing experience of at least 2 years
? B2B Account Management experience – significant advantage
? Financial market knowledge – advantage
? IT background - advantage
? Excellent level of English
Responsibilities:
As an account manager at Leverate you will be building and growing the relationships with our clients, both vertically and horizontally. You will be responsible for learning the suite of Leverate’s solutions, understanding how they meet our clients’ needs and partnering with the client to support them in growing their business with our tools. You will be responsible for the full client care cycle including onboarding, relationship managing and consulting. You will play a key role in the global account strategy in APAC working cross-functionally within your region and WW offices to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
· Conduct needs analysis and strategic consultation with clients, growing the account by making compelling recommendations on new solutions, add-ons and renewals
· Troubleshoot and resolve account issues in a timely manner
· Identify cancellation threats and take action to prevent customer attrition
· Understand the client requirements and clearly communicate the requirements to the right internal partners
· Establish a trusted relationship with your accounts by providing high-quality customer engagement activities (training, quarterly business reviews) with the solutions they invested in
· Handle client enquiries through all channels, ranging from business guidance to technical issues
· Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success APAC on your accounts to agree upon account goals, strategies and tactics for growth and then build territory and account plans
· Be proactive, collaborative and customer-focused in all communications and transactions with colleagues and clients
Qualifications
· Proven experience building and maintaining excellent client relationships
· Excellent communication skills in Mandarin (native level), English and preferably Cantonese as you will be working with a number of local clients and prospects
· Ability to effectively self-start, prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail
· Proficient in account planning and understanding of territory management
· Prior experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
· At least 2 years of experience in customer facing roles (account management, sales, support)
· Previous experience working in technology / FX companies (advantage)
